Who We Are
Elizabeth Galasso is the President of All County Servicing. In her role, she oversees the day to day operations of the ACS multifamily portfolio. Elizabeth takes a proactive role in all areas of operations for the company with emphasis on optimizing NOI, providing support to the properties as well as creating and facilitating processes to establish efficiencies. She has over 18 years of experience in successful operational management and supervision of challenging conventional, multi-family assets. Prior to joining ACS she was a Multisite Property Manager at Aion Management, where she oversaw a portfolio of distressed units. Previously, she worked for Kettler as a Property Manager in the Philadelphia area. Prior to that, she worked as a Residential Director with the University of Pennsylvania, where she developed local expertise in the Philadelphia multifamily/student living market.
Galasso has earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in business and entrepreneurship.
Krista Thomson is the Vice President of Construction and Maintenance of All County Servicing. In 2017 she started her venture into property management as a leasing consultant. During that time, she realized that she had a passion for the maintenance aspect of property management and wanted to expand her knowledge further. She moved up to a leasing manager where she was able to get more involved with the turn over of the vacant apartments. Before she knew it, she became a service manager for a 400+ unit complex. With her experience within property management, Krista understands the importance of communication and meeting set deadlines for projects. She is constantly onsite with her contractors to ensure work is being completed within deadline dates and to ACS expectations. Krista hopes within the next 3 years she will uptain her PA Contractor License
Krista has always enjoyed being a part of customer service with her working career as well as volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America. She brings her customer service skills to ACS to help build strong relationships with her contractors and clients.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Ms. Nehra, a Rhode Island native, began her career in real estate with BHHS as a sales agent in 2018 while attending Rowan University. Upon graduation, her interest in real estate grew further as she took on the role of property manager at 2 small-owned businesses focused on residential and commercial management.
After gaining skill and expertise in the financial operations of property management she then joined SELF Inc as a program director to assist with the creation and implementation of a housing program for the homeless community of Philadelphia.
At this time, Ashna is utilizing her knowledge of operations, finance and management as the Director of Operations with All County Servicing. She is excited to contribute to the growth of this company and to further her career in Philadelphia.
Leo Hill is the marketing manager of All County Services, where he handles the day-to-day tasks across the company’s media platforms while also maintaining its website. He is most interested in expanding the ACS brand and networking with other real estate development groups in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Hill comes from a background involving media and hospitality. Prior to coming on board with All County Servicing, he spent time working as a bar program director, an event photographer, and in sales. He is excited for the opportunity to combine both his prior experience and passions for the growth of this expanding company.
